I care about doing things right, not just fast. Before jumping to solutions, I ask what the organisation actually needs — and whether the problem is worth solving at all.

Six years in a healthcare startup shaped that instinct. I joined as an early member and grew into a lead, working across in-house products and large-scale client projects. I've learned that the best work happens when people think together — I can work alone, but I'm at my best in a team that challenges each other.

If anything, I'm a generalist — and in the AI era, that's become my edge. I can take an idea from 0 to 1 myself, while the parts I trust most stay human: strategy, ideation, and knowing which problem is worth solving at all.
